Salary Scale: Point 12 to 15 (£26,421 to £27,803 pro rata)
Working hours: 4 days (30 hours) per week, term time only
Queen Edith School – Monday, 8.15am to 4.15pm
Queen Emma School – Tuesday to Thursday, 8am to 4.00pm
We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA – Level 4) for 30 hours per week covering our two federated schools with the hours detailed below.
Our Queens’ Federation Governing Body are looking to invite applications for Higher Level
Teaching Assistants (HLTA) and we are looking for an energetic and dedicated individual to join our wonderful schools, Queen Edith and Queen Emma Primary Schools. The role will 30 hours per week, across 4 days.
The post of HLTA is a new role in our schools and will offer an opportunity to work closely with teaching colleagues and senior leaders across our Federation, to provide PPA cover and leadership time across all year groups. Time will be allowed within the role for an element of planning. Our Federation is brilliantly supported by our senior leadership team and governing body who strongly value each individual school’s character, ethos and approaches and are strongly committed to the professional development of our staff.
