Part-time / Full-time Teaching Assistants

Roles are from Monday to Friday, Term Time only, to begin September 2022
Roles include lunchtime supervision

  • Full-time Roles – Hours: 8.55 am to 3.30 pm Monday to Friday, Term Time only
  • Part-time Roles – Hours: 8.55 am to 1.15 pm Monday to Friday, Term Time only
  • TA Salary – Level 2, points 4 to 6 (£18,933 – £19,698 pro rata) depending upon experience
  • Lunchtime Supervision Salary – Scale 1C, points 2 to 3 (£18,198 – £18,562 pro rata)

The Governors of the Queens’ Federation are seeking to appoint enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to Queen Edith Primary School. Both part-time and full-time roles are available. Roles may include working in a general teaching assistant capacity and / or supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1-1 basis.

The roles will also include working as a lunchtime supervisor supporting our children whilst they eat and when they are playing outside. This part of the role may be paid at a different rate. This will be discussed at the point of any employment offer being made.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Federation and to be part of a supportive staff team. A positive personality and previous experience of working with children is essential.

Lunchtime Supervisor

Queen Emma Primary School

Term Time Only
Working Hours: 11.45 – 1.15pm
Salary: Scale 1c, Point 3, £18562 pro rata (£9.62 per hour)

The governors of the Queens’ Federation are seeking to appoint a lunchtime supervisor at Queen Emma Primary School to support our pupils during the lunchtime period. You will supervise the children whilst they are eating their lunch in our dining hall and then support the children in their play on the playground.

Applicants should have a keen interest in working with children and have the ability to work as part of a team.

Queen Emma and Queen Edith Primary Schools are in a Federation, sharing a leadership team and Governing Body.
